Privacy at Aiden AI

Who holds it

Aiden Labs Inc. is the data controller for Aiden AI. Your data is stored on servers in the United States. If you are writing to us from Canada or elsewhere, this is a cross-border transfer and we are telling you plainly so you can decide.

What Aiden stores

• What you told Aiden you were trying to do, and the messages in your session.
• Context you volunteer — time of day, setting, what you used.
• How the session turned out, if you tell us.
• Your email address, only if you ask Aiden to remember your sessions.

What Aiden never asks for

Aiden does not ask about diagnoses, medical conditions, or medications, and does not give medical advice or dosing prescriptions. If you volunteer health information anyway, please do not — and ask us to delete it.

We do not sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your record exists to make Aiden useful to you.

Who we share with

Only the vendors that make the product run: our hosting and database providers, our email provider, and the AI model provider that generates Aiden’s replies. Each processes data on our instructions and nothing more.

Deleting everything

Email privacy@withaiden.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We remove your sessions, messages, check-ins and email address. No retention argument, no dark pattern.

Age

Aiden AI is for adults 21 and over. We ask you to confirm before your first session and we do not knowingly keep data from anyone younger.
